Locate the cup's stem inside and push it upwards for a secure fit. If needed, adjust by slightly pulling the base down and pushing it back up. This ensures proper positioning and unfolding.

Contract your pelvic floor muscles to secure the cup in place. Then, gently squeeze the cup's base and rotate it 360 degrees for a secure seal against the vaginal walls, minimizing leaks.
